Mungkin Anda pernah melihat nama Cimory di beberapa pusat perbelanjaan. Cimory merupakan kependekan dari Cisarua Mountain Dairy. Cimory dikenal sebagai merk susu segar dan yoghurt yang dapat dijumpai di berbagai pusat perbelanjaan dan hypermarket. Walaupun demikian, bukan berarti di resto ini Anda hanya akan menjumpai susu, karena ada banyak menu lezat lainnya yang tersedia.

Aneka menu dengan menggunakan sosis (sausage) menjadi menu andalan yang dapat dicoba. American Grilled Sausage, Spiral Sausage, Rugby Chesse Sausages, Ring Sausage adalah beberapa jenis sosis olahan yang nikmat. Sebagian besar sosis olahan mendapat tanda topi koki yang berada di samping nama menu yang menandakan menu ini direkomendasikan atau menu favorit. Menu Western seperti Chicken Cordon Bleu dan Chicken Steak dapat menjadi pilihan. Bila ingin santapan berkuah, coba saja sup jamur atau Zuppa Soup. Mencoba Sop Buntut Goreng, Soto Ayam Kampung, Iga Bakar, Buntut Bakar atau Ayam Bakar dapat juga dicoba bagi Anda pecinta makanan Indonesia. Harga makanan berkisar Rp 20.000,- sampai Rp 40.000,-.

Sebagai hidangan penutup, cake, pancake, aneka es campur atau ice cream dapat dipilih. Bila Anda ingin menghangatkan tubuh, Anda dapat menikmati hidangan wedang ronde yang khas dan menghangatkan. Untuk jenis minuman, ada minuman hangat yang tersedia misalnya susu jahe dan wedang jahe atau minuman dingin seperti aneka jus. Selain itu, jangan lupa untuk untuk mencoba susu segar atau yoghurt yang merupakan produk andalan Cimory yang akan menyehatkan Anda.

Tempat bersantap di Cimory terletak di bagian atas, sehingga Anda dapat menikmati pemandangan alam yang hijau dengan lebih leluasa. Tempat makan yang terbuka membuat Anda dapat menghirup puas-puas udara pegunungan yang sejuk dan bersih. Di sini Anda dapat melihat beberapa ekor sapi perah yang menjadi sumber dari susu segar yang diproduksi.

Bila ingin lebih mengenal lebih lanjut tentang Cimory, Anda dapat mendaftar untuk mengikuti tur. Tur ini dikhususkan untuk rombongan dengan minimal peserta 25 orang. Dalam tur ini, Anda dan rombongan dapat melihat peternakan sapi, memberi makan sapi, memerah susu, mengunjungi pabrik pembuatan susu Cimory dan menonton film tentang proses pembuatan susu. Tur ini dapat menambah pengetahuan anak Anda.

Bila tidak sempat mencoba susu segar dan yoghurt Cimory atau ingin membelinya untuk oleh-oleh, Anda dapat mengunjungi toko Cimory yang terletak di bagian depan resto ini. Susu dengan rasa coklat,strawberry,kopi atau plain dalam kemasan 1 liter terasa lebih kental dan nikmat. Sedangkan untuk yogurt, ada rasa jeruk, mangga, apel, anggur, leci dan beberapa rasa lainnya. Toko ini juga menyediakan berbagai makanan ringan dan makanan lain yang merupakan oleh-oleh khas kota Bogor.
